Whenever we collect or process your personal information, we will only keep it for as long as is necessary in order to fulfil our obligations for the warranty period.
At the end of the warranty period, your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised.

- Limiting access to our offices.
- Implementing access controls to our server and systems including firewalls, antivirus software, passwords, etc.
- Never asking you for your passwords.
- We do not hold or write down any card information and this is keyed into a virtual terminal direct to our card provider's secure, standalone, online terminal.
