Junior Floor Beds – A Gentle Cot-to-Bed Transition (From 18 Months+)
Our Arven Junior Floor Beds are suitable from approximately 18 months and are designed to support a smooth cot-to-bed transition.
Positioned fully at floor level, these Montessori-inspired junior beds encourage independence by allowing children to climb in and out confidently. Integrated safety guards provide additional reassurance, helping create a secure and nurturing sleep environment.
Unlike smaller toddler beds, each Junior Floor Bed accommodates a full UK single mattress (90x190cm), offering long-term practicality as your child grows.

Junior Beds with Removable Safety Guards (From 18 Months+)
Our Arven Junior Beds are slightly raised on legs to provide a more grown-up feel while remaining suitable from around 18 months when used with safety guard rails in place.
As children develop confidence - typically from around 4 years and above - the removable safety guards can be taken away. This transforms the bed into a stylish junior day bed with headboard, footboard and rear rails, extending its lifespan and adapting to your child’s changing needs.
Designed to fit a full UK single mattress, these adaptable junior beds offer both comfort and longevity, making them a practical long-term investment for growing families.
